- 1.5 tablespoons curry
- 500 g meat (chicken, turkey, beef or pork)
- 1 liter of coconut milk
- 400 g potato
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g onion
- 100 g of crushed shallots Pettitte
Preparation: Put in a saucepan
a glass of coconut milk, curry preparation and shallots.
Sauté together for about 10 minutes.
Add meat and cook jussqu'à evaporation of the juice.
Add the potatoes and carrots into pieces and cook about 5 minutes.
Add remaining coconut milk and bring to a boil.
Add onion (cut into chunks).
Boil for about 20 minutes.
Add a little salt if necessary.
Serve hot with white rice.
