Ponytail Scarf Ice Skate
Cluchili
A new recipe for chili, to change the previous one (which is currently my favorite)
Serves 2
2 Hamburger 5%
2 onions, chopped 1 large can of green beans
2CS nature
tomato puree 25g red bean chili sauce 200g
In a skillet Brown the steaks crumbled 2 for 8 minutes. Add onions and green beans.
Deglaze with the tomato puree. Add beans and chili sauce roges. If necessary add a little water and simmer over low heat.
ProPoint 7 per person

Cod baked with egg and carrots
I really hard to get my blog updated regularly. I must say that I cook much less lately.
But nevertheless here a new recettte WW.
Serves 1
1 fillet of cod
1 egg 30 g grated Emmental lightened
3 tablespoons white wine 2 tsp margarine
3 tablespoons cream 8%
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Cook fish in margarine. Add salt and pepper. Add the white wine.
Beat the egg with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the beaten egg on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese
and bake 10 minutes.
Before serving, place under broiler to brown the surface.
