Papilotte hake with vegetables

A simple recipe ... The longest of the recipe ... it is cutting the vegetables.




Serves 2 200g

colin
2 carrots 1 zucchini

1 / 2 lemon basil


Peel vegetables and cut into small dice. Place in a papilotte. Add the quail pieces or whole. Pour lemon juice and add a few basil leaves.

Heat 5 minutes in the microwave. Serve.
