Inside Of Left Nostril Hurts

Slata Ommek Houria or

Hello everyone long time ago that I have not published due to time constraints, health problems, etc. ....
I publish today a typical Tunisian salad recipe made with carrots, this is a true classic that will surely end up on our tables during the I blessed Ramadan. It is eaten fresh, along with boiled eggs and potatoes cooked with water, with good bread!
It is usually a salad served as an appetizer or kémia , as well as the Slata Méchouia (salad of roasted peppers).
I leave you with the video, you'll find all the explanations, ingredients and tricks.

Ingredients:
- For the salad:
* 500g carrots, peeled and cut into
* 5 cloves garlic * 3
sized potatoes average
* 2 tsp of tabel and Karouia (coriander powder + caraway powder + chilli powder)
* 2 tbsp curved
harissa * 1 tbsp vinegar
* salt and olive oil
- For decoration:
* 2 potatoes boiled
* 2 hard boiled eggs

In a saucepan filled with water, put in carrots, potatoes with skin and the garlic cloves with skin. Once the vegetables cooked in water, drain thoroughly. Peel the potatoes and garlic, cut into chunks, then move all the food mill. This gives a coarse puree, since the recipe is that one can feel the texture of the carrot!

Season salad with salt, and tabel Karouia , harissa vinegar and finally add a dash of olive oil.

Filmer and store in cool, because the salad is eaten fresh!!

To serve, arrange the salad in center of platter and decorate as tradition, with pieces of potatoes and boiled eggs!

is delicious with Italian bread !!!!! Yummy !!!!!
