This is a homemade mint syrup, much better than trade.

To this delicious drink, you will need: *
leaves a large bunch mint
* 1.5 liter water 300g sugar
* *
few drops of green food coloring (optional)

Start have mint leaves in a pitcher, and In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Pour boiling water over the mint leaves and shoot immediately.

marinate 24 hours.

After 24 hours of soaking, mix the mint leaves and soaking water, pour into a heavy saucepan with the sugar.
Once the mixture became syrupy and well reduced (about 2 / 3), pour into a small bottle, you get about 1 / 2 liter of syrup.
careful, do not forget to spread the mixture when putting in the bottle, not to have pieces of mint leaves in the syrup!
