Slata Méchouiya or Salad Roasted Peppers

Hello everyone, we are now on the eve of Ramadan, insha'Allah. I therefore take this item to wish all those involved all my wishes on the occasion of this holy month and blessed, InshaAllah Romdhankom Mabrouk!

Another classic Tunisian cuisine, which is essential on the tables of Ramadan, the Slater Méchouiya, delicious spicy, which we never tired ....

You need for 4 or (2 big eaters), as input: *

2 tomatoes * 1 large onion

* 3 cloves garlic

* 4 green chillies
* 's olive oil, salt, and tabel Karouia
* 2 hard boiled eggs, tuna, olives

On a grid covered with foil, arrange the vegetables washed and thoroughly dried. The

bake, broil for 30 minutes and return the vegetables halfway through cooking.

Once grilled vegetables, arrange the peppers in a freezer bag and close it, it can easily remove their skin. Cool and reserve the other vegetables.

Peel the vegetables, once peeled, they mill with a food mill, or knife (it is important not to mix). Book salad.

There is more than seasoning with salt, and the tabel Karouia (caraway and coriander powder), and a good drizzle of olive oil!

Store in a cool, before serving, arrange in serving dish and garnish with boiled eggs, tuna and olives, as tradition dictates!

A real treat to eat with good bread, it also uses the Slater méchouia in other recipes such as Ojja to slata Méchouiya .
