Cambodian Dessert Ingredients:
- 8 large ripe bananas
- 2 cups thick coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons sugar
- Peel and cut each banana into 3 or 4 pieces.
- Making coconut cream coconut available in packets or tubs.
- Simmer coconut milk and sugar until thick and creamy.
- Add bananas and cook gently until bananas are soft but not mushy.
- Serve hot.
