Hello everyone! What a joy to see you!
Today, I present to you the recipe that I will propose very soon (God willing), actually I just came back and I did not make the races !!!!!!! But here is the need to make this cake moist air and and light and tasty, and gives the sensation of biting into a cloud ..... I am of course talking about the Angel food cake or Angel Food Cake! traditional cake very popular in the USA ..... Found versus the devil's food cake cake very chocolaty and creamy frosting !!!!!
The mold is in the photo is the one traditionally used, the bottom is removable and feet, can turn upside very easy to cool.
can use a bundt pan or other deep pan, and return the cake on the neck of a bottle.
The other necessary ingredient for making this cake is: The Cream of tartar , or cream of tartar is a stabilizer for egg whites. The ingredient can be replaced by lemon juice or white vinegar !!!!!!
