Choco-Raspberry Cream
Hello everyone, until then I offer a recipe for creamy custard so Mont Blanc chocolate and raspberries!
Please enter the quantities for two large or 4 small cups !!!!!
You will need: * 1 whole egg
* 5 tablespoons sugar
* 2 tbsp bitter cocoa * 7

Mix urge the whisk the egg and sugar, once it frothy, add the cocoa and mix until a homogeneous mixture. Add
, milk powder and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, remove from the first bubbles!
Assemble with the warm cream, add a portion of the cream in the bottom sections above have raspberries in syrup. Cover with second layer of cream pour in 3 tablespoons raspberry syrup and garnish with a raspberry in the center of the cup !!!!! This dessert tastes
