Crumble salmon with vegetables provencal vegetables

Serves 4 3 large tomatoes (0PP)
1 red pepper (0PP)
1 green pepper (0PP) 1 large zucchini

a little parsley (0PP)
50g soft butter 41% (5 , 5pp)
flour 50g (5pp)
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (2PP)
50g Parmesan (5pp)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix in a bowl the flour, butter, Parmesan and bread crumbs.
Wash vegetables and cut into pieces, chop garlic, chop the parsley.
Place vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle with the crumble mixture over the entire dish, cook them between 35 and 40 minutes.
