Papilotte hake with peppers and eggplant
A small diet recipe
Serves 1 100g hake (or more)
1 half red pepper, yellow pepper 1 half
1cc 1 half eggplant with olive oil (optional) 1 tsp red pesto
core and cut peppers diced. Put the bottom of the papilotte silicone. Add the pesto and fish. Finish the sliced eggplant and spoon of olive oil.
Put in the microwave for 8 minutes (if the fish is frozen).
